Approach Personnel are pleased to be working with our Facilities Management client to recruit a Maintenance Engineer for their contracts in Stirling, Scotland.
Day to DayThis role involves carrying out the following duties on commercial and retail properties.
- Driving to client sites to inspect and carry out works
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance works on plumbing, joinery, and any other building issues
- Inspecting problems and working out effective remediation solutions
- Taking health and safety into consideration at all times, and ensuring all completed works are in line with Health and Safety legislation and requirements
- Liaising with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Providing detailed reports on issues and planned/carried out corrections
About You- Proven experience in the either same or a similar role
- A qualification in either Joinery or Plumbing
- Full UK Driving License
- Willingness to travel for work
Package- Between £33,000 - £35,000 per year
- Company Vehicle and Fuel Card
- Monday to Friday Work Schedule
- Overtime Available
- On Call Working Hours Available
